might sound daft but depending on what you want them for try getting a couple of laptop sleeves and take the stitching out so you have 2 pieces and cut the desired shape then sublimate your image/logo on, Ive done this using a couple of glasses pouches to make but patches for motocross and other patches

Patches, to go on the back of leather jackets.
Thanks ADP but I think they want them with stitching around the edge. I've managed to find some in America but not in UK.

WE buy 100% polyester white fabric, - print up, heat press on 'badge stiffener' - then roll hem overlock the edges as required. see previous threads about badge making.

Cut Subliflock into the shape you want perhaps?
