So i've recently purchased a complete start up from what seems to be a well respected supplier amongst you guys.

Everything was perfect, arrived super fast and I'm very happy with the service.

However, Im not impressed with some of the iphone cases at all.
Out of 20, 15 of the white iphone 4 cases are very rough around the cut out for the sim.

I've had iphones for years, i have never had to remove a sim... in my opinion the cut out for the sim is pointless and in this case has devalued the product massively as it has caused a defect.

Anyone have any experience with these cases?
Is it possible to flat the rough area down without affecting the finish? not something I should really be having to do...

You're absolutely right, not something you should be doing. Where are these from? What has the supplier said about them?

I tried calling them a short while ago, however couldn't get an answer.
Was around 3pm so that's fair enough.

You'll get them quicker through here (PM) or via Facebook I would have thought at the weekend. My iPhone 4 cases don't have that cut out so whether it's a new case or not I'm unsure.

The cases i buy have the cut out for the simcard tray like you said not really needed, but the ones i have are not rough at all.

Mine are not from bms though. Maybe it was a bad batch.

new style of iphone case just out Justin - we just got them in 4 days ago - no ones complained about the sim card bit on side and ours are smooth to touch - still have old batch here to compare by.

Just about to buy 50 iPhone 4 cases myself so want to make sure I get the best ones!

Our office isn't open over the weekend so you'll not get an answer trying to phone us on a Saturday . Have received an email from you with pictures and this will be followed up next week for you by someone in the office.
