sorry if this is in the wrong place .. I have a heat press and am wondering if i can use the heat press to add words onto painted wooden plaques?

I tried MDF ... not with success, some transfer, but very little.

You could purchase some digi coat and that MAY work.

I say MAY because it depends on if the digi coat will soak in to the wood which will depend on what you have painted it with.

Alternatively use a paint that contains chemicals similar to powder coat (if there is such a thing) and then use Magic Touch CPM which works really well on powder coated materials

CPM from magic touch works on most surfaces, ..... that can stand 140 or 150c.....
