hi guys - i,m sure i put up a post on this, but i'll be dammed if i can find it.

trying to order sub papers from BMS but at checkout, all i have is pay by invoice ? :rolleyes: i pay by paypal always.
there is nothing else there bar "Pay on Invoice/ BACS. For Credit Account Customers Only"
sent email to them several times with no reply

ah well, need to go elsewhere for papers as i need em like now :frown:

The payment section is an iframe within our website. Occasionally some customers have some 3rd party software running on their computers which may block iframes. This could have been a reason. Don't know what Scott said though

i had same problem couple of weeks ago trying to order mugs emailed but got no reply if we know what software could be blocking frames then maybe we can order again

Might be worth trying a different device (mobile, other PC) as there are so many 3rd party software packages that people might use to block things on websites. I can't replicate the problem on any browser or mobile device.

some anti viruses can block iframes.

thanks for that, nothing worse than a post that tells you of a problem, then tells you the problem is sorted, and you are left scratching your head as to what it was all about :biggrin:

this is still an issue to some people, incl me !.
but i didnt really think i needed to fill in any details here about that :rolleyes:
