Hi I have 2 Epsom S22 printers that I use for sublimation printing using a Ciss ink system. At exactly the same time both printer heads have started acting up and won't clear. Have tried the built in print head cleaner, fluid cleaners etc. managed to get the blue ink flowing again then lost the yellow and mauve one.
Any advise apart from throw them out the window?

ditch the CISS, and use refillable carts.
The S22 is a low quality home printer, and really not cut out for professional printing.

I repeat the above

AND - it must be over 5 years old, we dumped ours about 3 years ago..... Get a Ricoh

or an Epson of similar quality/price - otherwise an unfair comparison.

i used a s22 for 3 months without no problems at all. Then i started getting banding and wasted more ink cleaning the heads than actual prints.
I then picked it up and throw the think over the back patio..
Tip.. If you are going to throw the printer make sure the ink tank in the back is removed first.. It makes a real mess of patio...lol
Serious note... Dont waste any more time on the s22...
