Hi all i have just setup my ricoh 3110dn and produced an image of jack daniels, my favourite little tipple, and the image was produced in photoshop can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong as the black is not black its grey[ATTACH=CONFIG]1546[/ATTACH]
I am using truepix, obviously i havent got something set right can anyone offeer any help please

the image that prints out is quiet grey/browny is it supposed to be a true likeness of clour that prints out?

Are you printing through the powerdriver when you select print?

I personally think that looks quite rustic and cool!.... is that a shadow over the lower half or is it the actual print?... anyway, looks good, the normal black/white from JD can be boring if not easy to reproduce. :biggrin:

iam printing through the powerdriver now and mouse mat came out great but with the phone cover i print on the pwerdriver as white metal but the colour is not there it is quite faint, using medium pressure 190 for 50 seconds on the covers, and the colours arent all there. I must be doing something wroing, the sheet comes out the printer quite faint, or not as a photo would, i dont think it wqould come as photo but there colours arent right on the metal insert Thank you any hwho can point me in the right directio0n

Have You taken the protective film off the insert?
