Does anybody know of a way of sublimating a mug all the way round including between the handle.
The reason I ask is I have a customer that is very interested in this.
I have an idea how I can do it but I need to find somewhere that sells the stuff that a cactus wrap is lined with, but I have no idea what you call it, so I don't know where to start.
Therefore if anyone could help with that I would appreciate it too.

I've seen it done right under the handle and it really looked messy, not sure how it was done, maybe with a specific wrap but boy did it look bad. Only way I can see to do this properly is before the handle is attached ;-)

It was just an idea that we came up with as I can cut the paper to the right size with nice semi-circular cut out to go round the handle so the only problem I have is clamping it tightly under the handle.
As the customer only wants small runs I had the idea to make a wrap to a custom shape similar to a cactus wrap.
It may not work but the more the idea sits floating in my grey matter, then you know I just have to try it.

I know people that just hold paper around a mug with tape and cook in an oven so the principle of getting behind the handle is straightforward. You need to ensure good contact of the paper against the mug and a oven would, in theory, be all you need. The 'stuff cactus wrap is lined with' is a silicon rubber. You can get this in 2mm thicknesses or even thinner and then all you'd need would be some means of keeping it tight around the mug. Depending on your image (assuming it's not full colour coverage all the way around the mug & handle) you could be creative in where you clamp the two ends of the silicon rubber.

The thinner the silicon rubber then the less time you'd need the mug in the oven as it would take a little time for the heat to get to the mug.
