DSF

I have just purchased this mug press from BMS. I understand how the setting work as it is almost identical to the flat press. I set it ok, when it started bleeping, I pressed the go button and it just switches between 230 and 233, it does not reach temperature and does not count down. I have switched it off and left it but it won't even let me re-set it now! I wondered if anyone had a solution. Some of the digits don't display properly either.

What are the three settings that you have the press set to?

We followed the instruction in the book. 230f and 330f. Thanks
