I've installed the ICC profile for my printer yet my print results are coming out very faded, is there a way to tweak the profileso that I can get a more vibrant print?

Do you mean faded on the paper or on the item?

Both, it looked faded on the paper before pressing, on the item what should be red is a pink colour.
I've previously printed using an epson, I'm now using a Ricoh 7700N. I've just set it up today. I've followed the instructions to the letter and the results are low quality.
I'm tweaking settings, for example I've removed the 'use error diffusion' option that sawgrass instructions tell you to use and replaced with photo quality and now I have a much better red, although it's slightly orangey.

Are you not supposed to use the powerdriver instead of an ICC profile.

I'm on a Mac. There's no Powerdriver download for Mac.

This is a picture of what's coming out of the Ricoh compared to the same print from the Epson last week.
