What do you mean by a printed mug? :?

Full wraparound, full text, image and text, with or without a template?

Yes, dependant on the amount of ink used, determines the price.

A full photograph costs more than a text only mug

Surely unless you a printing hundreds the paper cost usually exceeds the ink costs. Text to a full wrap photo print dosen't make more than 10 pence difference in the print cost.

What about higher than £10? I guess we may be an odd one out as after shipping costs and import duty (67%) we have to sell at about
the equivalent of £13.

the question is how many are you doing?

if you raise the price how many jobs would you lose

Think carefully before you increase the price you can stagger prices up or down by charging extra for text or by having two images rather than one.

On Bournemouth seafront last year there was a small stall selling mugs to the tourists - priced at £10 for an image on one side of the mug and £12 for images on both sides! Thought about setting up a competing stall :)

I think that pretty much sums up the whole pricing issue. Tourist pay over the odds for anything, yet you try selling the same person the same thing in their home town and they would tell you to take a hike.

We don't get many tourists in Accrington so we have no chance of getting that much. :D
