Hi everyone

I have an order for some football tops for a friends sons junior football team. they are needed asap but I am having big problems trying to get the logo to cut out on my craft robo.

the wording is cutting out but I can't get the thistle to cut out. Is there anyone who might be able to help me with this - either tell me what to do or possibly fix it so that I can just load it and send it to craft robo to cut.

Please please please help !!!!!

What software are you using? Studio?

question is if this is a vector file or jpg?

Ive sent a studio file, if thats what your using. it ws jpg paul, just traced it and sent her cut file.

thanks for trying Viccar. I am using graphtec robomaster version 5.10 and files are GSD.

anyone got any ideas?

Once you have downloaded it open the picture/file
click the yellow and blue square 5th button from right at top
click select trace area and hold right click down and cover whole area
Uncheck high pass filter
move threshold to about 50% then click trace
delete the old pic/file off screen and there you go one cutting file. Rezize as required.

now that i have the program can i use the file you sent me - will it work?
