A customer has come to me saying his phone case has broken...

(I purchased these from Xpres)

1. It arrived in prefect condition about a week ago
2. I asked him did he drop it (He said no)

How could have this broken then? Seems very odd haha! And any idea what i should do with him? :)

I would say he's done that while trying to put his phone in, he's maybe pulled it apart to much trying to put phone in. I would offer him exchange

keeping a customer happy at the expense of 2-3 quid will keep you happy for future business. its not worth it, just send him a new one.. (that's what I would do anyway)

I agree, no point in even arguing, its pennies in the long run.

True, all valid points, Will probably just replace it when im back in the next few days :)
But saying that it wasn't my fault that this broke, probably i would agree its when he put his phone into the case is when it broke :)

I would have to agree with the above for what it will cost you to remake you may aswell just send another but it des look like that was done by brute force or dropping rather than damage in the post

i had the same prob with the chrome iphone cases a while back -girl says it just disintegrated ( yeh right ) at all 4 corners when she was taking it off to replace here sim card....
gave here a another one for free. Always thought those chrome ones were really thin made compared to the other colours

i also told her nicely to be more "careful" when taking it off next time - yep, i did say "nicely"
