This seems like a great transfer paper, not sure if its something i can do with a std printer etc , any one know?

It's a screen print transfer paper, have a listen just before 7 minutes.

As Justin says, it is a transfer paper that you use to screen print on to and then heat press to your garment. Wicked Printing Stuff, among others, sell that sort of paper.
