Re: best way to do this
Hi Guys,
I have been designed a logo for a customer who originally wanted iphone cases and mugs, however now they want the logo on tshirts.
What is the best way to have this logo put on the tshirt? I usually use vinyl but with this being quite a fiddly logo, I wanted to know if it would be easier to have it printed on?If printing is the best method, could someone give me a quote per tshirt. Many Thanks Mark

Re: best way to do this
Would you say vinyl is best then?
It is just the inside of the 'Superman' S that is worrying me. Would you suggest pressing one at a time, or both together?
If I press one on over the top of the other, will be be on if I protect it with the teflon sheet?
thank,
Mark

Press one colour over the other, use a sheet on top to protect top platen, finally do a short press to make sure it all seals together.
You'll maybe need red for the S logo? and bear in mind copyright.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for your help.
The tshirts are for a friend of mine anyway, so not selling exactly.
I have only ever done tshirts with multi colours next to one another, not on top or in the middle. Best give this one a go and see how I get on.

It usually works well but not all vinyls can overlay so maybe worth a check/test first

I will need to put a order in for the vinyl anyway, do you have a suggestion where to buy the vinyl that will do the job?

Only vinyl I've ever done it with was 'Super' from Xpres but I'm sure most will work.

If Im not mistaken... or colour-blind... isnt there 3 colours?.... and yes... I think it is also a very basic design and easy to print. Background lettering...Outline lettering....and...(if Im not colour-blind)... the superman logo (easier to add last as it is smaller).. press one, two, three....
The vinyl Justin refererred to from Xpres is very good and will produce the quality garments you are looking for.
