DSF

I hope somebody can help, I went to turn our 3300 on but the lights flash for about a second and then it goes dead. Any ideas or should we get a new printer?

looks like common fault with this printer. it was widely discussed on forums.
if this is same fault then printer is dead.

I'd advise to get in contact with your supplier. They will need details of when you bought the printer, serial number of printer, batch numbers of cartridges and some extra info, but they should be able to provide warranty or incentive upgrade options for you.

Thanks for your prompt replies, I suspect it's out of warranty but I will give mega a call as it hasn't been used very much.

Im not to sure what this has to do with the printer not switching on?

If its within 2 years of purchase you should get a deal.
