hi, after my last load of tshirts i did for my first ever bulk order, ive just been given another one, below is a picture they want on a breast but it also has the name of the place above and below it, i have use of Vinyl, sub, and Transfer could you guys recommend on how you would suggest i do these to make the customer happy, please note ive never done Layers before so will have to learn if it is needed.

Probably best to use transfer, if it were not for the hair I would use vinyl, but as it is black on black you're going to have to put an outline around it.
If you did want to go vinyl, White layer slightly bigger than design, black layer same size with cutouts for the eye highlights to show through, then the yellow and orange

ive never done Layers before so need to get some basic testers first, as for going down the transfer route would you go with something from the yolo line

i would pint it on some kind versa cam or something. I am sure someone will be able to help you with this.

Different shading on the wings, I'd go for logo. If the text is straight forward and single colour you could combine transfer with vinyl.

Thanks Justin I was thinking along this lines but was confused how I would do the transfer in one heat setting and time and the vinyl in another. Without ruining each one.

I could get away with not doing the shading on the wings and just use one yellow vinyl.
