Appreciate the problems printing onto clear glass without white ink but wondered if anyone had success with them or the frosted ones?

I never have but your post has whetted my appetite.
Is the finished artwork viewable or is it unseen until the glass is filled with water?

It'll be viewable...I guess! You have to bear in mind going onto clear glass that there's no usual white background, could make for interesting effects! Kind of like stained glass I think. Maybe need to get a few to play with.

I tried one from TP. I awarded myself donkey Of The Month award for it, I forgot there is no white background like mugs have
The rest of the colour turned out okay but not tried another since due to time constraints.

I have seen glass beer steins on the Liberty stand at a US trade show but not seen any in UK
I would love to offer them, Dad is always difficult to buy for......
They have same diameter as 11oz but are taller with a broader ridge at the base.
I believe they are poliester coated sono idea about durability?
Anyone any experience?

I have tried the BMS whiskey glasses the first 2 were a failure but I've sold 2 since and they were quite good prints although not as clear as on a mug.

Has April 1st come round again - oh, that post has been deleted now so not to cause confusion
There's no such thing as a white ink print for sublimation - any scientists around to crack this nut?
