hardest would be the glass tumblers/whisky glasses, especially if you are wanting to do an all around/over print, as the glass invariably cracks, even with the mug press pressure adjusted, the glass preheated, etc.
We would have loved to have them as a product, but for the failure rate, and time it takes to preheat, and then press twice, they aren't worthwhile.

Easiest most other things.

I suppose the fact that we have different items listed as hardest only goes to prove that what is easy for someone is hard for another and that successful Dye Sublimation is as much down to technique as to the blanks themselves.

I find mugs, tiles and t-shirts easiest to get consistant results on. I have limited knowledge of other items so have not as yet found a very difficult one however initially tiles did not come out to my liking and only practice made those easier.

If anyone has found a successful and consistent way of doing the whisky glass/tumblers then I would definitely be interested in outsourcing production of these to you in quantity (ie, not singles)
