Convert your image to CMYK for a start.

I think HEX is a web based colour system. Although PS will convert it when sending, I personally would convert it to CMYK before printing as you will get a better colour representation on screen

Also, try printing the item to a printer on a blank normal sheet of paper without any dye sub settings. This could show you whether it is PS/Printer problems or if the pressing is causing the issue. If the normal sheet without any profiles etc is giving you a better representation then it could well be your heat press settings.

Are you able to supply any pictures at it may give a better idea...

Ideally, a printed dye sub sheet that has not been pressed and also a pressed item showing the final colour.

Well I have found that some colours similar to this colour e.g. 'dolphin' skin colour are difficult to get correct when sublimating. Always seem to come out an odd colour however in my case it is normally more 'green' than 'brown'

update on colour - 3d575d in coral draw - R61 - G87 - B93 (RGB) - Rather than PS.
STILL PRINTING BROWN.....JEEZ and some banding across the coaster

edit 1 - back to PS....what is PATONE colour ?...this is getting real confusing colour wise.
one software is telling me one thing, another something different.

off to bed and wait for pauls analysis and break down tomorrow.
nothing more i can do tonight...up at 8am...

EDIT - maybe should move this to printer section guys

It's highly unlikely you will get a Pantone match with sublimation inks. If that's what the end customer is after and it needs to be precise then, unless you're very lucky, this isn't going to easy.
