We use this paper, and are very happy with it.

For Microsoft's online help on crop mark printing see here

if i want more than 100 sheets, I always find it cheaper to outsource..... I had a copyshop for 19 years, and have a good grasp of the cost per page.

Agree with Logobear

You can not compete with the likes of Vistaprint or the local digital companies, unless you have an indigo and a bulk trade account with one of the BIG paper suppliers.

Sorry I did not see this thread before, but if you cannot get software to print crop marks then I use the hairline line tool to just put a thin hairline in from the margin. You can then use this as your crop mark to cut.
