I have a need to get dye-sub printable white covered neoprene in bulk rolls. Anyone know a source?

Have you trialled this type of material before. I would think it would struggle under the heat.

What thickness, what size width, what length?

I love to know that too... Same thickness as for mobile covers.

So far its the Cool Stuff range from Magictouch.

Any size to give a bulk price. So far I've sourced 1.2M x 2.1M which apparently has to be kept flat because of creasing problems.

id go to our suppliers in China, but they are going to ask me for the size. 1000 sheets of 3mm thick x 1.2m x 2.1m or a different size (I doubt quantity can be lower).
