I have seen a few mentions of a cutter by the make SAGA but cannot find on ebay i want to look at this cutter as have heard its quiet can anyone help

Google shows links to China and Australia, not a make I'e ever heard of, is it specifically a quiet machine you need?

Preferably as i live in a flat and don't want to bother the neighbours too much with the noise some of the youtube videos foy liyu etc seem noisy
