I'm afraid I let myself down today in this department, I had a off tone with a customer that brought back something I embroidered a year ago, it was a test sew and no charge was made. it was a old fleece that they brought in to see if it could be embroidered, it, they said it wouldn't matter if it did't work as it no loner needed, it embroidered well but a couple of threads cought the zip, as it was for the bin it did't matter, they brought their own tops in to be done. paid and went happy as larry, some found it a back of the gym and now want it replace. no matter what I say, there is no give on their part, my voice reflected this after a long debate, so I passed them on them to some else. Some people just take the p... it took the shine of today as a couple of accounts had settled their bill. Which is always a happy time for me. So I'm going to be extra nice tomorrow even to the arse... that come in asked if I sell nail, dustpans, coffins of what so ever I will welcome them all with a very pleasant tone and help them find the right place to be to make up for my poor service today.

Exactly why I will not deal with the public :-)

Do not have the patience and would have thrown this person out and then chase them down the street hurling abouse about how cheap they are. LOL!!!!

Don't worry about it Jennywren, we all have bad days and troublesome customers.

I do generally but we had some large orders in so apart from running the shop, when I get home I have take over from the embroider, so when she goes, it been straight up to the machines, to be honest, this last four days I've missed evening meals, or eaten crap, so that does not help. So tonight thank god is the last late night as the only another 36 to embroider but I'm working as my other half has tomorrow off work he'll finish the order. Want really bothers me is we mess up we bend over backwards to put it right, what ever the cost. But at the end of the day my bad.

I run a 1 Hour Photo Processing Lab, i`ve had one customer come in ask whether i could top up her oyster card, when theres a newsagent exactly opposite me advertising OYSTER CARDS in big letters across his window and another one asked if he could use my toilets when there are three cafes in the arcade.

I think they`ve let all the stupid people out this week

I've no idea how I'm going to sleep tonight, no embroider machines thudding in the back ground, after two weeks with the machines going 16 hours a day the house seems quiet, my hearing has a small hiss. Still I'm going to enjoy the silence till tomorrow we start on the next order. Silence is golden as they say
