Hi all, not sure if anyone has ever come across this but does anyone out there know if a copyright exists on any of the old British Railways logos? I have not had much luck looking around but as they became privatised years ago and defunct in 2000 can we assume the logos are now in the public domain?

Yoy could try asking down at the Nene Valley, you never know they may be interested in selling your wares.

Take a look here... The Red logo it seems is still owned by The Secretary of State for Transport .. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:BR-logo.svg
The Blue logo, "National Rail" is owned by the Association of Train Operating Companies.
