I have always thought the word sublimate was the correct word for sublimation printing of an item.
I have however just read this in a sublimation suppliers catalogue.
Sheets, to Sublime onto and then iron onto a garment. Ideal to image non white, non polyester fabrics.
So does anyone have a theory to the correct term - is it Sublime or Sublimate or something different? Or is sublime the name of a substrate that is sublimatable? lol

Sublimate for me.
Although I generally use the word print as most customers don't care how the image got there just as long as it is there. I would never use the word "iron" either. Just sounds too mickey mouse (there's the Americans again LOL!!!), "press" is what I would use.
