is there a way to resize images from a standard size to fit onto a iphone cover size,
i use the drag method to resize but my pics with faces on them are looking really long and skinny, is this a simple procedure or is the dragging the normal way to change the size...
using photoshop elements

if you want to enlarge/reduce size of your photo then click ctrl+T. you should be able now to drag it by the corners to resize it. when doing that keep holding SHIFT so size will keep its aspect ratio.
hope this helps.
also if you want to make yor life bit easier then download this template

As a kind of add on to this question, is there are easy(ish) way to have more than one iPhone design printed per A4 sheet in such a way that both images (assuming there are 2) remain at the correct size?

Open a blank doc in Photoshop or Elements, then use File>Place to put the design on to the doc as a separate layer. Position & Resize as necessary.
