Does anyone know where/if i would be able to get some flags just like the smallish ones maybe a little smaller than the car flag with like a straw as a flag pole type thing.

The Transfer Press stock them - http://thetransferpress.co.uk/acatalog/flags.html - the hand waving flag one. The flag material is very thin, almost transparent, but I think that is so the design can be seen from the non printed side quite clearly.
