Hi

The blue nozzle on my b1100 has a couple sections missing in the bottom right corner why i do a nozzle check and creates lines in pictures that are printed.

Over the last 4-5 days i've done few head cleans per day, tried a cleaning kit, printed multicolour picture but nothing seems to shift it, needless to say there is going to be a b1100 hole in my window pretty soon as in all the years i've not had one this bad and it came on suddenly

I woould send it back and ask for help. Aparently they good customer service if thei kit is used.

They will know that. When you print nozzle check there is a number. Its printer number ;-)

i found the invoice and this printer was bought with the sawgrass kit last May but unsure to when i started to use it
