Just that really.

I have an order for Polymer mugs, I have established I need a puck, but is there anything else I need to be aware of?

Unfortunately BMS are out of stock, customer needs them Yesterday, hence I will have to go to Coralgraph who I have never used, CG appear to not list the puck!

It's about the only mug I don't hold in stock ....... that'll teach me!

Well, I believe that the inside diameter of these polymer mugs is 73mm, which is exactly the same diameter as the cheap aluminium water bottles you can pick up in £1 stores nationwide. So if you cannot find a puck you may be able to source a waterbottle instead.

They fit(ish) but leave a gap at the top as the inside is slightly tapered. You may find the top lip slightly distorts if you use a water bottle.

I have to admit that the puck I got from bms fits like a glove, having just tried a water bottle in a mug its not a good fit at all.

It was on reading this in the archives, that made try out the polymer mugs Adam, as I had a rather unique idea for them. At the mo sales are slow but that said are picking up week by week.

I fully recomend any one thinking about polymer mugs to read your article Adam...
