hi all just got a ricoh gx 7000 printer and need help for driver and set up to get me started sublimation printing it has sub carts installed but i dont know where to begin if any one can help thanks in advance

You need to download the PowerDriver software and get your printer configured on your computer. Here are a couple of good starting points:
