hiy a
ive tried using my printer - got revelant icc profile - but when printing out an image the printer thinks its funny to dump loads of ink on the image and render it useless - at first i though it was the printer , so took it back and got a brand new one , changed from icc profile to photo and best photo etc still pretty much the same - so its pointing at the inks i think - what can be wronk with the inks?? to thin??
any advice would be great
thanks

im using the sawgrass a4 classic - using the profile from sawgrass also - ive tried it on matt paper - glossy, super glossy etc - normal - all it does is dump ink onto the paper in lines as it goes back and forth - ive tried it with no profile also and the same - so is it pointing to the inks??

Remove the CISS and reinsert very firmly. The cartridges should click into place. They might not be properly in causing the ink to flood. Do you also have the bottles on the same level as the base of the printer?

yes using ciss - they are in ok - the bottles are sitting ontop of the printer - so higher than the head - could this be the prob??

That's the quickest way to flood your printer with ink! Also remember if you move the printer to keep them level, I had to move a CIS a while back so put a piece of wood all the way under the printer/cis and taped it altogether to stop it moving.
