seen this not just with iphone cases - just about everything thats sublimation on ebay going for peanuts...

the profit margin on this iphone case is megar to say the least.
WHATS THE POINT ?

Unless they are selling em by the 100's...kinda waste of time / resouces for so little return

yeh i know its been discussed many times on here......just that my mates are saying i will need an ebay store as well as my own online store.....but if people are selling stuff for these kinda prices - WHATS THE BLOODY POINT :rolleyes:.
AND ANYWAY- if i put cheaper prices on ebay than on my store, arnt people gonna be giving it - WTF ?
There is no way i could sell stuff that cheap - even working from home and with storage unit :rolleyes:

yeah i know ebay is great to get your name out there with google ect.
But surley good SEO/meta tags/cross promotion/back links ect would do similar things ?

the trouble is to get your name on the front page of google is mega hard, trust me.
and you constantly have to keep it there as well.
it has taken me 2 yrs to get my forum on the 2nd page and no matter how hard i try i can't get it on the 1st.
it amazes me as it's a Christian forum yet there are muslims and gay forums that beat me?????

To answer your questions about why so cheap. I just don't know, the best thing to do is ignore what other do and focus on what you want to do and what you want to charge You will build up your own clients that will recommend you. It pays not to see what other people are doing, it only distract from your business and where you want to be. The big supermarkets manage it, Look at Lidl and Aldil both sell the same thing yet different, I've seen them side by side, They still find a way to attract the customers and keep the coming back. I know this is nothing like giving it way cheap but the point being they find a way of making their business work. That's what you have to do find a way for you to get the customer that will pay more. Business is more about price what you are doing is selling yourself.

At those prices I'm afraid for me it would be ...'back under the covers and get some more sleep'.........just not worth getting out of bed for.
