Installed drivers ect. photoshop sends to printer. printer does nothing. Document is queued but wont print.

If you have more than one printer connected to the computer you might have to select which printer to use. On my set up I select 'powerdriver' for my Ricohand it's fine.

it's the only printer i have connected.

If this is on a network then you may need to check the ip address. If it is connected via USB then you may have more than one installation. Go into Control Panel and delete all the printers there (remove the USB cable when you do this). Leave the USB cable unplugged and reboot, then connect the USB cable. Windows should then auto install the drivers and connect it correctly.

Can you run a test print from printers in your control panel ok? a nozzle check for example.

auto detct wont work. laptop dont pick it up :-/

If this via USB then it might be the USB port, USB lead or USB connector on the printer. Do other items work via the USB? ...and the printer is switched on??

i don't know how but i got it sorted - few beers always helps haha. did my first mug at about 3am and it's great!. The only thing is that bold black text has browned slightly. the rest of the black is spot on tho.

All i need now is a name so i can start advertising
