The new Cameo is a 300mm (12") wide cutter. What is a 'good price'?

I'd looked at the Cameo but it's a bit out of my price range just now, I'm looking for an older cutter,cosmetic condition not important so long as it works

We have a 600mm wide cutter collecting dust but won't have any software with it. If you think you can get this working (it does work with the software we have installed, but that can't be supplied with the cutter as it needs a piece of hardware to work with - a dongle and we need the dongle!). The software used is WinPCsign.
