DSF

Ordered something from a well know supplier last week at a cost of about £3.50. Went to pick up my delivery from the post office to find extra supplies in my packaging. Total cost from supplier was about £25 worth of stuff. Now I know that I have to send the extra stuff back but at who,s expense?
Ps haven't named items or supplier just yet as I'm not sure when I can package the things up and send them off. Ps, I only paid £3.50
just thought I would start a discussion on what I or you would should do?

If the supplier sent them out by mistake and want them back then they should pay the return postage. Are you sure they just havn't sent you some samples?

I though that at first. But they inkjet cartridges. I first thought they were empty but soon realised they were cleaning ones. Anybody on here expecting Epson cleaning cartridges I got them. I also have your name and address so I could send them straight to you and maybe supplier might send me a freebie...

If this is coralgraph then every time I ordered anything i had some extra bits though in as sample etc

Hi Paul, yes it is coralgraph, but I'm 99% sure this is a mistake. There was 2 invoices including mine. The other one had a gentlemans name and address on and I've never ordered anything to do with Epson before so I don't understand how they would of given me a free sample on guessing I had a Epson printer.

i've been sent a free heat press instead of a box of mugs once
i did ring them and let them know tho as i needed the mugs asap lol
although when they did arrive half of them were broken rofl

just give them a shout mate. Last time they call courier on they own expense so all should be good

Can't remember who we bought from, but once ordered a cheap Chinese mug press, and two arrived! BOGOF!

Just contacted coralgraph, they are sending me a pre paid envelope I will send it on to the rightfully owner, job done!

Well at least the right person will get his/her cartridges now ....
