Hi just done a first print and done a I phone cover but the colours were not as bright on the I phone case as expected

Any help ???

You'll need to give us more information, press time and temp. type of paper, inks etc.

OK, sounds like you're using a Ricoh? Never used Signal paper myself, how doe this image look when printed? Have you tried printing something else? A scrap of subli shirt, coaster etc?

You want to press at 180-185 for 50 seconds, medium pressure also may sound daft but did you press with metal insert to paper rather than paper to metal insert.Also did you print iage on to shiny side of paper and remove the film protector off the insert .

Hi Paul - echo letsgo comment. We have a Ricoh Gx7000 and use 185 for 50 secs (trupix paper) - very pleased with results.

Hi Paul, we also use Ricoh printers with TruPix paper, not familiar with signal. Our temperature might be a little bit higher and between 45-50 secs, but as hughb40 says we get great results. Just need to make sure you have the ICC profiles correctly installed and applied to your graphics software. I know from experience that not checking a box in the print setup can give unexpected results. Hope this helps, thanks Kerry.

Agree with Kerry, but don't forget that with the Ricoh's you have the option of PowerDriver which doesn't need ICC profiles to be installed and applied to your graphics software. You may find PowerDriver simpler to set up and use.

As far as I know Signal only do iron on inkjet paper ( I might be wrong) Try some trupix paper or similar to make sure.

Hi all thanks all helps i pressed metal on paper where can i get the trupix paper from.
I installed the icc profiles but instruction (or me) are a bit blank lol is there any more instruction on line.
Om a plus not customer liked the sample amd placed an order.
