I have discussed this previously on another forum but can't find the thread.
I have a D88 with cis using sawgrass inks, very happy with the colours although I can't get a nice blak n white image. I thought i could turn something off and it would do the job but it never seems to print just using the black ink.
Is it not possible to do this?

I think you'll find this to be a recurring problem Paul. I'm not sure, but I seem to recall a work-a-round was to NOT use the ICC profile - does that make sense?

I just been printing some black & white photos on mugs today and found this same problem. But looks like when I use cheap sublimation paper there is not descent B&W. but when I printed picture on texprint mug looks lovely.

So how do you get the results that I can't, do you use the sawgrass profile?
