really peeed off with xpres

We're pretty good on this forum for praising suppliers well heres the other end of the scale, xpres have really p****d me off today get comfy and i'll begin .
in feb we tried to order some heart shape compact mirrors only to find they were out of stock so i rang expres and asked when theyd be back in stock i was told march and then in march i was told april and in april i was told may so i rang yesterday as i had an impending order . So i asked
are they in stock yet?
yes they are how many do you want ?
brilliant are sure you have them?
yes
great heres my order and heres my card number
thanks they will be delivered tomorrow.
so cursing because wednesdays are my shops half day i decided id have to wait for the delivery . Half four came and no delivery so i rang xpres guess what
sorry sir they are out of stock it was a mistake to say they were now in stock.
So now i have the embarressing sitution where i cant fulfil an order ,and wasted an afternoon waiting for them, a call or an email woulda been nice
