I've been using sublimated mugs for a few months now and when I have to post mugs out i've been getting the polystyrene mailers from the printer. I'm always trying to cut my overheads and recently found the polystyrene boxes for sale cheaper.
I'd be interested to see if anyone knows where these boxes can be found for less than 30p each.

I'd be prepared to purchase 100 for a demon unit price

100 isn't a particularly large quantity to be expecting a "demon price". The only sub-30p price I've seen is from BMS if you buy 256 at a time and, even then, it's only the before-VAT price that's under 30p. By the time you've added postage, it'll be back over 30p (before VAT).

If you buy two or more quantities of 256 (i.e. 512 or more boxes), then you may get below 30p before VAT.

...and Premium Membership of the DSF will get the prices down to just below the Ebay level on boxes of 100 poly boxes from us anyway.

Premium membership? Where can I read about that. The only button I found marked Membership suggests just a flat membership at £10/year
