hope someone can help however I think it may be a bin job... I changed my ink on Monday and printed a few mugs no problem came to print tonight and it has put grey lines across the images I did a nozzle check and it put the same lines across when I did a test pattern.I then gave it one more go and mid print the machine switched off the power now comes on with the red ! light on but nothing on the screen and it will not do anything anyone got and ideas?

Doesn't sound ttoo good to be honest. Is the machine less than 12 months old? I think you need to contact your supplier who will need details of the printer, scans of the printed images and will ask some other questions before offering a solution for you.

Thanks Martin think it will be 18 months old now and was 'second hand new' when i got it you might get a ring...the inks i have just put in will they be able to be taken out and put in a new machine?

If you get another GXe3300 then yes. We may be able to get Sawgrass support to help you get up and running. We will need prof of purchase, serial number of printer, batch numbers on cartridges and some other answers to questions which I can't remember off the top of my head. Pop us an email if you want and we can see what we can do early next week for you.
