DSF

Hi all, not been on forum for a while as been away from sublimation for a while but am now able to get back to work! Switched on my Ricoh and found I was out of some inks, ordered them from BMS and they arrived so installed them ready to print a birthday order, printer did a nozzle clean - great I thought then when I asked it to print, it made lots of noises then switched itself off, it now won't stay switched on when I try it again - a aargh, can anyone help with what might be wrong.
