my site is down......has been for last 15mins.....the hosts web site is down......the ftp is down.....Plesk log in down...email down...arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

please dont tell me they have went tits up....not now

It's aggravating to say the least, especially when it's unplanned. Took me several attempts to find the right host and package but got there in the end Hope you get sorted soon!

I moved some of my business to Go Creations (www.gocreations.co.uk) a while back. Not the cheapest (not the dearest) but service has been first class. Response to queries is rapid and on the very rare occasion anything goes wrong it's sorted before I get to know about it and I'm notified in detail what happened.

I can certainly name a few I won't go anywhere near again! lol.

TBH steve on here was great...really good comms and not that expensive either....

but i think we are looking into a reseller account this time around....
will get this store up and going first but will be looking around for prices / features ect for hosting
