Good afternoon guys,
Hope everyone is well.
I am a manufacturer and seller of expanded polystyrene products.
We currently make the standard mug pack that takes the 10oz mug, however I have noticed that customers like yourselves are having trouble putting a 11oz mug into this pack.
We are in the process of manufacturing a new expanded polystyrene mug pack that will take a 11oz mug, however it would be wise to ask you guys on what other mug sizes you have trouble fitting into the standard polystyrene mug pack.
I will set up a new post to ask the dye sub community on any improvements that can be made on the moulded expanded polystyrene mug pack.

Hi Mr P...welcome.
I just looked on your e bay site and your poystyrene mug boxes are more than 10p more per item than a known supplier...just thought you should know to help you keep competitive.

anything that will allow us to post the large and small latte mugs would be great .. even at 10p more than the competition ... lol

We have come up with a design to take a 11 oz mug as supplied by Corelgraph, however is there a possibility someone on this forum can send me a selection of mugs so I can ensure that they all fit into this new mug pack.
I will happily send you free polystyrene mug mailers in return for common different sized mugs.
