Hi guys,

I am starting a new business in addition to my Dye-Sub one. It will be called "iceHoods.co.uk" a fashion brand selling those onesies that are very popular right now.

They will be a tracksuit-like material with 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester.

One idea that I had was to offer personalised onesies, with either their name or something on the back. Much like the t-shirts groups order when they go on holiday, i.e. Rob, Malia 2012. I think they could be really popular at festivals this year!

My question is, how would I be able to print on them? and what set up would I need? Having never done t-shirts or clothing before, I have no idea about anything like this...

Any help is much appreciated,

Many Thanks,

Rob

Vinyl flex I think would possibly be best if its just a name or simple logo on them.

Agreed, vinyl flex or flock. Easy to do and not too expensive. You can also subli print onto subli flock and press this onto the sweat.
All you need is a heat press, a cutter and a vector program like Corel Draw to do the artwork.
I dont know if you´ve seen them but AWDis have an amazing colour range of hoodys and sweats.
