Hi guys, I've setting up my new Ricoh 3300 bought from bms.
Got it all unpacked, out inks in, gone through the loading ink procedure.
Ive hit a problem and I'm sure I'm being very thick, I hooked the printer up to my laptop via USB, up popped a box which said put the cd in that came with printer, so I put the cd titled "printer drivers manuals utilities ver 1.03" in and it's saying windows was unable to install your gelsprinter gx e3300n windows could not find driver software for your device.
Whatnam I doing wrong?
Be gentle with me, I'm learning lol
Thanks in advance!
Griff

Is vista supported on the discs - give Martin a ring at BMS, I'm sure he'll put you right.

Think Paul could be right - I seem to remember you had to install everything before switching the printer on!

You may have to download a vista driver

Vista driver is available here:

I think when I installed on Vista I put Ricoh CD in and let it install, then connect USB lead and it detected drivers.
If you want to download the drivers from the link above then do that first.
