never had a box that shape before tho and you definitely make sure the mugs aren't damaged lol
never seen so much bubble wrap lol

Haha, yes we do like to pack things properly.
One of the UK's biggest supplier of bubble wrap & other packing suppliers are in the building next door, so we rarely run out of stock of bubble

We try very hard to get orders out same day, it doesn't feel right to me to leave the building knowing there are incomplete orders for the next day, it's much better to leave a clean slate for the next day. It's not always possible depending on what time the courier comes, but we try our best.
