Hi all.

I have a customer who wants 4000+ T-Shirts printed, a mixture of White & colours (Black, Green, Yellow 7 Red). I wonder if anyone can point me in the direction of anyone who can produce in these quantities. I am not sure when the actual order will be placed, but we should get 6 months notice.

Thanks
Steve

Don't have any details yet on artwork, I think its something to do with the Olympics but it was only a quick enquiry (but genuine I think). I would be happy to spread this work round a few people, but I will try and get some more info asap. However I will need a guide price as to how much the printing will will be. I'm not sure yet who is providing the t-Shirts.

for that qty i would sub it out, try direct textile designs in lincoln good company 01522 705577. always price for a complete job including the shirt, next year with the olympics, i would not want a customer trying to get hold of shirts of that qty, it will just get messy you need a finished price to the customers door. but importantly, you need to make sure you have your payment terms in place, or thats a good way of loosing your business if it goes tits up. so you will need a deposit upon order, of at least 25%

(collecting the order will save you ££££'s but remember that will be a van full)

I never want to quote on artwork unseen, it can cause big trouble.......

pro prints - the one thing you dont want to do, is try spreading the job around a few people, it will lead to headaches i promise, use a 3rd party who are use to dealing with qty work add a margin on for yourself and do it that way. but remember as logobear says you cannot quote for anythng UNTIL you have sight of artwork
