Its hosted until Jan 2012 and last year is was $79 for the year.
I control the site and update it whenever i can. Although to be honest i have not done much with the site lately as i have been doing work for photographers in the area.

Im not sure on the make of the presses but the flat bed press area is 38mm x 38mm square.
