That site has free public domain vector cliparts, but like with any site with an 'upload facility' you should always double check that a user hasn't uploaded an image that has copyright to it, and it's just not been flagged yet.
Good find though (9.9/10) ................... it would have been a 10/10 but there was no images of ginger nut biscuits - alas, I'm still searching
