Hi Guys,

I'm am new on here and fairly new to mug printing. I have just got a new order to do but when i print there is a fuzziness around the photo & text and i'm not sure how to correct this. You can see it slightly on the paper after it is printed but is more noticeable once pressed. It seems ok when i print another design out (the text is crisp but there is a little fuzziness around the photo but nothing major).

I have used CorelDraw Software and just typed the text onto the design. Any idea's what i can do so i can get a clear print?

clean the printer head? maybe any luck

Have you tried a nozzle check to see if any are blocked ? (prints off the lines that you can see if any dashes are missing).
